Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu standout and ADCC world champion Braulio Estima is set take on the one and only Nick Diaz at the World Jiu Jitsu Expo (WJJE) this Saturday(May 12th) in Long Beach California. Braulio Estima is one of the top grapplers in the sport most recently wining a close match over Jacare Souza in a "super-fight" at ADCC 2011, as well as having previously won world championships in both the Gi and No Gi divisions of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Estima has also won multiple tournament titles at the prestigious ADCC tournament. Nick Diaz on the other hand has been relatively inactive on the BJJ scene, instead focusing on a red hot MMA career that has seen him explode to the for front of the sport for both his incredible fights and out of the cage antics. Diaz is currently on the shelf awaiting a ruling from NSAC after his post fight drug test at UFC 143 came up positive for THC.
Multiple sources are now confirming that King Mo has signed deals with both Bellator Fighting Championship and TNA Impact Pro Wrestling. The deal is the first of it's kind in that it will allow Mo to participate actively on the Professional Wrestling Circuit while competing in MMA's #2 promotion. The deal is particularly promising in that it will bring a massive level of exposure to the former Strikeforce champ as both promotions are set to air on Spike TV ensuring lots of camera time for the charismatic superstar.

UFC veteran Chris Lytle has come up short in his bid to secure the Republican nomination for Indiana State Senate, coming in second to Mike Crider. Lytle announced his political aspirations shortly after retiring from Mixed Martial Arts in August, collecting his 10th post fight bonus for his performance at the UFC on Versus 5. Where he choked out Dan Hardy earning his record 6th fight of the night bonus as well as his 3rd submission of the night. Lytle finished his MMA career with a record of 31-18, but he is currently 0-1 in Politics.

An ACL injury has sidelined TUF 15 Coach Dominic Cruz ahead of his title fight with Urijah Faber at UFC 148. Cruz suffered the injury while coaching his team for TUF 15: Live. No word on whether opposing coach Urijah Faber will still compete at UFC 148 or if he'll sit out and wait for his title shot when Cruz is healthy. TUF 15: Live airs every Friday night on Sportsnet and FX, while UFC 148 featuring Anderson Silva Vs. Chael Sonnen goes down July 7th on PPV.
