MMA Uncensored Live: Exclusive Interviews with Alistair Overeem and Frank Mir
James Te Huna vs Brandon Vera booked for the UFC on Fuel 4.
All signs point to a Brandon Vera Vs. James Te Huna match up at the UFC on Fuel 4 - Jul 14, 2012. After winning his first 8 bouts Brandon Vera was one of the rising stars in the UFC boasting of one day holding both the light heavyweight and heavyweight titles simultaneously. But 5 losses in his last 10 fights have the Truth on the edge of a pink slip with only Thiago Silva's blown drug test keeping him on the roster. Making this upcoming fight with Te Huna the Definition of must win. Te Huna on the other hand is a brawler with KO power whose 8-1 in his last 9 with wins over Aaron Rosa, Ricardo Romero, and Igor Pokrajac with his lone loss coming to light heavyweight ace Alexander Gustafsson.

#RallyForMarkHunt by NickTheFace
With Alistair Overeem's recent drug test coming back positive for elevated testosterone it's becoming less and less likely that the Demolition man will be fighting for the UFC heavyweight championship at UFC 146 and we won't know for sure until after his hearing before the NSAC on April 24th. This has lead to intense speculation as to who would face Junior Dos Santos in the event that Overeem is indeed off the card? One of the more unique results of the UFC 146 main event limbo, has been the #RallyforMarkHunt movement. An idea that has taken the MMA community by storm, with this awesome #RallyforMarkHunt HL video being just one of the many tools utilized by the Army of Doom in their quest to get the Samoan Monster a title shot at UFC 146.
and if you don't like Mark Hunt's chances at getting booked for the main event, here's the odds on who you ARE most likely to see face J.D.S for the mantel of baddest man on the planet.

Nick Diaz vs Braulio Estima Signed for the World Jiu Jitsu Expo in May.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu standout and ADCC world champion Braulio Estima will take on the one and only Nick Diaz at the World Jiu Jitsu Expo (WJJE) in Long Beach California. Braulio Estima is one of the top grapplers in the sport most recently wining a close match over Jacare Souza in a "super-fight" at ADCC 2011, as well as having previously won world championships in both the Gi and No Gi divisions of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Estima has also won multiple tournament titles at the prestigious ADCC tournament. Nick Diaz on the other hand has been relatively inactive on the BJJ scene, instead focusing on a red hot MMA career that has seen him explode to the for front of the sport for both his incredible fights and out of the cage antics. Diaz is currently on the shelf awaiting a ruling from NSAC after his post fight drug test at UFC 143 came up positive for THC.

Yoshihiro Akiyama Vs. Thiago Alves Targeted For UFC 149.
It looks like UFC 149 will play host to "the Pitbull" Thiago Alves taking on "Sexyama" Yoshihiro Akiyama in a 170lbs clash set for July 21st at the Saddle Dome in Calgary. A perennial top five welter weight, Thiago Alves has seen his career plateau as of late with the Brazilian going 3 and 2 in his last 5. Most recently losing a fight he was controlling for 14 minutes and 12 seconds, tapping out to a guillotine after leaving his neck exposed whilst attempting an ill advised late round double leg take-down. Yoshiro Akiyama is in a must win situation at UFC 149. After debuting with a controversial win over Allan Belcher at UFC 100, the sexiest man in MMA has found himself riding a four fight losing streak that has the 3 time F.O.T.N. winner on the verge of being chopped. With losses to Bisping, Leben, and Belfort at 185lbs no one can say Akiyama had an easy road through the UFC. At UFC 144 Akiyama had looked to revive his career by returning to Japan and debuting in a new weight class. Only to find himself fall short against Jake Shields in his first fight at welter weight, bringing the Judoka's UFC record to 1-4 and putting Akiyama's UFC career on the line at UFC 149.

L.A. Firefighter Caught MMA Fighting, While On Workers Compensation; "The Noodle" Faces Four Felony Counts Of Insurance Fraud.
L.A. city firefighter Rafael Davis is a professional mixed martial arts fighter, competing under the name "The Noodle". Where he has amassed a record of 12 and 2 as a professional. Problem is Davis had been receiving workers compensation insurance for an injury during part of his MMA career.
Davis began receiving workers compensation insurance in Dec, 2008, and did so up until May 20, 2011. During that time its alleged that "The Noodle" competed three times in professional mixed martial arts bouts going 3 and 0, racking up two TKO's and a submission victory (not bad for fighting injured?). But now in the biggest fight of his career, the man known as the noodle, faces four felony counts of insurance fraud and up to five years in prison.

Nick Diaz vs Alistair Overeem vs Zac Arnold vs Keith Kizer
Zac Arnold of fightopinion.com has never been a stranger to asking the hard questions. So it should come as no surprise that he is leading the charge when it comes to asking the tough questions about the precariously close relationship between testosterone abuse, testosterone replacement therapy and mixed martial arts. But most recently he has raised some very interesting questions about the NSAC's policies in regards to both TRT & medical marijuana, and how it will effect the cases of both Nick Diaz and Alistair Overeem. Truly must read stuff.
